Tavolàta Belltown is a pasta-driven Italian restaurant with a deep respect for Northwest ingredients, seasonality, and technique. We are the original Tavolàta, and the first restaurant in the ESR family (opened in 2007!). We are passionate about scratch cooking, thoughtful preparation, and creating an experience that brings people together at the dinner table.

We’re currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team. If you're excited by fresh pasta, clean technique, and a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methods
Motivated by making great food and delivering memorable guest experiences
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Self-driven with a desire to grow and build a career in the kitchen
Previous experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen is preferred
Current WA State Food Handler Card

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
